HAYLEY BENNETT BSc (Hons)
Sports Therapy, MSST, Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Positive Touch Therapy was formed by Hayley in 2018 and has six years of experience treating a variety of different injuries and pains. Having suffered a personal injury that left her with compartment syndrome, Hayley has always been passionate about sports therapy and strives to have the best understanding of the body and injury prevention.
Hayley has always been surrounded in the world of sport, most predominantly football and swimming. From playing alongside the Brighton and Hove Albion girls football team and local East Sussex teams, to working and volunteering as a coach for many years to swimming and competing at county level. Hayley now enjoys playing football for Seaford Town FC, bike rides, skateboarding, running and going to the gym!
Hayley graduated Chichester University with a degree in Sports Therapy in 2017.
With the degree focusing largely on the examination and assessment of sports injuries (spinal and peripheral joints), biomechanical/postural faults, rehabilitation for injured athletes, manual therapy, sports massage - pre and post-activity, electrotherapy modalities and K-taping. Hayley is also a qualified level 3 personal trainer allowing her to be in depth and innovative with strengthening programmes and seek out any weakness a patient may have that could be contributing to pain or hindering performance.
Hayley works hard to be able to get patients as pain free as possible and the mission is to help patients accomplish their goals in a painless, compassionate and efficient way.
